At Murph's Trading Cards & Collectibles, we strive to ensure every collector is satisfied with their purchase; however, due to the volatile nature of the collectibles market, returns are generally limited to unopened or defective items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original protective sleeve or top-loader, ensuring it is secured against shifting to prevent any grade-altering damage during transit.

  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked carrier of your choice, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail without proof of delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our experts verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
